Founder, CEO
Lou started in tech as an SDR at GoodData, became the first US SDR at Showpad and first sales dev leader at Talkdesk before founding InsideScale. He's led build-outs at 75+ startups including Gong, Front and Clearbit - all while steering InsideScale's GTM vision and strategy.

Sean Ericson

Sr. Client Manager
Sean launched his career as a foundational SDR on Lou's Talkdesk team, then built sales development frameworks at 4-Tell, 500Tech and Meetup. He re-joined forces with Lou to rebrand and grow InsideScale across 30+ client engagements, while pioneering advanced SDR methodology and RevOps strategy.

Aviral Savdharia

Sr. Client Manager
Aviral joined InsideScale early as a Sr. SDR, then developed into a GTM Ops Manager and is now running client engagements. He excels at building relationships with team members and clients, and represents InsideScale’s operating principles in everything from sales ops workflows to onboarding.

Joel Duran

Client Manager
Joel cut his teeth prospecting for Namecoach before joining InsideScale as an SDR, where he rose through the ranks to Sr. SDR and then Client Manager. He now partners directly with B2B teams to build outbound systems that generate real pipeline - across clients like Revyl, Smart Access and RunLLM.

Jacqueline Castellanos

Jacqueline brings over a decade of experience in marketing and people operations at tech-service companies like Delegate. She joined InsideScale to lead people operations, supporting everything from onboarding and payroll to recruiting and team coordination across the US and Latin America.

Alejandra Gordillo

IT Manager
Alejandra brings nine years of IT experience spanning systems administration, IAM and end-user support across startups and global companies. She manages InsideScale's IT operations, keeping the team's tooling, security and infrastructure running smoothly as the company continues to scale.

Roberto Jordan

Sr. SDR
Roberto launched his career at Concordia University Chicago, then gained B2B sales experience at Techtronic Industries and recruiting chops at LaSalle Network. He joined InsideScale as an SDR and now serves as Sr. SDR at Smart Access, helping distribution center teams elevate frontline performance.

Alex Huynh

Alex started in software engineering, spent five years in performance coaching, then pivoted into tech sales with InsideScale. He earned a fast promotion to Sr. SDR after crushing targets for Numeral and is now a founding team member at Revyl, building the process from scratch using his passion for AI.

Benjamin Palmer

Ben built his sales development chops managing SDR teams at Chargeback (acquired by Sift) and Talon.One. Ben now helps drive pipeline for HappyFox as a project lead, bringing seasoned leadership and mentorship to the engagement.

Dakota Lomasney

Dakota started his career in door-to-door alarm sales. Then gained inside sales experience in the logistics space. Now a Sr. SDR at HappyFox, he leads from the front - developing talk tracks and hitting targets, while helping others succeed.

Juan Gallardo

Juan is a sales and operations veteran who has worn many hats across his career, from cold calling at Vendition to enterprise closing at CharterUP and JuiceBar. He joined InsideScale as a Senior SDR and is currently upleveling enterprise outbound motions at Smart Access.

Michael Young

Michael brings a unique path to sales development - from managing restaurants to QA testing to building pipeline at ORLogic. He joined InsideScale as a Sr. SDR and founding team member for Clipboard Health - pairing hospitality-honed people skills with technical grit.

Katrina Pen

Katrina graduated from UC Berkeley and developed phone skills in their call center, then jumped straight into sales development. She joined InsideScale as an SDR and is currently sourcing pipeline for HappyFox, combining her analytical mindset and outbound instincts from Berkeley.

Chris Estrada

Chris brings years of B2B sales experience from AT&T and JK Property Services, where he consistently exceeded quota and ranked among top performers in his region. He joined InsideScale as an SDR and now drives pipeline for Jitsu, helping the last-mile delivery company expand its market presence.

Frank Gonzales

Frank made the leap from retail sales at Sherwin-Williams to SaaS sales at Paystand before joining InsideScale as part of the founding SDR team at HappyFox. He brings an infectious energy to cold calling, leading to many meetings booked and shared laughs over the phone.

Rene Peterson

Rene spent years honing his consultative sales skills at AT&T, rising to Assistant Store Manager, before making the leap to tech. He joined InsideScale as a founding SDR at Revyl, where he engages mobile engineering teams on AI-native testing solutions that catch critical bugs before production.

Reese Reda

SDR
Reese graduated from UC Santa Barbara and pivoted into tech sales through Vendition's bootcamp before joining InsideScale as an SDR. He now drives pipeline for Jitsu, leveraging strategic B2B prospecting and relationship-building skills to help the last-mile delivery company reach new markets.

Tashi Nyima

Tashi brings a performance-driven mindset shaped by training at Tony Robbins' UPW and Vinh Giang's Stage Academy. After cutting his teeth in field sales at GSP Campaigns, he joined InsideScale as an SDR and now drives pipeline for Clipboard Health, combining resilience with polished communication skills.

Joe Cavanaugh

Joe earned his degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly SLO and gained global sales experience from New Zealand to Barcelona before completing a master's in digital marketing. He joined InsideScale as an SDR and now builds pipeline for Clipboard Health, with a silky smooth radio voice.

Tuuji Burka

Tuujii started in computer science before joining Accenture, where he worked on large-scale systems and operations projects. He’s also spent time in warehousing environments, giving him firsthand insight into frontline challenges - now helping InsideScale generate pipeline for Smart Access.
Jake Biskar

Jake was an original member of the famous SDR Team at Talkdesk Portland. After being hired and trained by Lou, Jake established himself as an elite team member. He went on to build the SDR program at Rainforest QA, which he scaled to 15 people at its height. Jake has also built successful SDR teams at Testim.io and Flurry by Oath. 

Jake is a key contributor to InsideScale’s iterative process. Between he and Lou, they’ve implemented SDR frameworks at over 20 startups. As a modern operator and product of the system, Jake is a pro at pushing things forward.

Sales development aside, Jake is a proud father of two and loves staying active. From biking to golfing and marathons, Jake is dedicated to maintaining optimal health and wellness.

Loretta Jones

Loretta Jones is a leading mind in the field of B2B demand gen marketing. She was the first Head of Marketing at EchoSign (acquired by Adobe) and ran teams at Coveo, Insightly, and CodeSignal before joining Mixmax as CMO in 2018.

Loretta also owns a consulting practice and has collaborated with InsideScale on a few gigs before moving into an advisory role. The Loretta Jones / InsideScale partnership is proof that marketing and sales development are better together. 

Loretta resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. When they’re not both busy with their tech careers, you might spot them scuba diving in Hawaii, Mexico, or the Caribbean.

Colin started the famous team at GoodData Portland, where he hired and trained Lou for his first SDR gig. Colin grew the team to 20 people at its height and laid the groundwork for the InsideScale process that’s iterated over the years.

Colin held marketing and closing roles at Keboola and Postano and also founded his own consulting practice. As a Sr. Consultant, he helped SaaStr market their Annual Event and Kixie establish it’s outbound process from scratch. 

Colin resides in Portland, Oregon. In addition to his love for consulting and data-driven sales/marketing, Colin enjoys meditation, studying philosophy, spending time at the river, and barbecuing (when it’s actually sunny).

Sean launched his sales career as a foundational SDR on Lou’s original Talkdesk team and has since implemented sales development frameworks at 4-Tell, 500Tech, and Meetup.

Having worked on 10+ projects since joining InsideScale in January 2018, Sean creates awesome sales ops frameworks and shows reps how to execute efficient, end-to-end workflows. Navigating the complicated matrix of sales stacks and data comes second nature for Sean — and clients tend to love him for it.

Sean is currently based in San Francisco but regularly spends time in New York and London. In fact, he just completed his Masters in International Development at the London School of Economics. His passion for investing in people is expressed daily as a consultant and member of the InsideScale community.

Lou began his sales development career as an outbound SDR at GoodData. From there, he built Showpad’s early outbound program as their first US-based SDR (US employee #5). He then went on to lead Talkdesk’s first outbound program as Director (US employee #7). Drawing from these success stories, Lou developed a progressive process that enabled him to found InsideScale (f.k.a Petrossi Ventures).

Since launching in 2016, Lou and the InsideScale team have built sales development frameworks and teams for 20+ startups. He loves building processes that help clients achieve greater professional success and enjoy a higher quality of life. Lou’s goal is to bring as many great products and people to market as possible through InsideScale.

Born in the Bay Area, Lou was raised in a big Italian family and has 10 nieces and nephews. He is passionate about living an organic lifestyle, working out, disc golfing, and seeing live music, which suits life in San Francisco perfectly.

Brendon Cassidy, Founder of Cassidy Ventures, is a respected leader in the insides sales community and popular voice on LinkedIn. He was LinkedIn’s first Head of Sales, took EchoSign from zero to acquisition by Adobe, and served successful stints as VP of Sales at Talkdesk and HackerRank.

At Cassidy Ventures, Brendon has worked with over 40 startups to define their go-to-market strategies and implement tactical execution plans to win around product, marketing, and business development. And, from a sales perspective, Brendon can recruit and hire his own team, define your sales strategy, pitch, and pricing, 

Outside of his many accomplishments, Brendon’s top passion and accomplishment is being a husband and father of two. He also enjoys sports, politics, movies, and fly fishing.
